BUS 137: Principles of Management

Using your 16Personalities Assessment, describe your personality. Image of a person working on a computer. Explain what each component means and how it relates to the real world. Describe 2 different jobs that someone with your personality type would characteristically be associated with and why they are associated with that job. Last, using your personality type, explain 2 different ways you could create a positive impression during an interview or on a resume.

  • Turn in using the assignment feature in Black Board

Length:

  • The average paper should be 2 pages in length to adequately cover this assignment.

From here, select the "Career Paths" section. In this section you will find helpful information about navigating your career and what careers your personality trait align with.

                                                                                                                                                                                                

1) Select "Resources" button at top of 16Personalities home screen.

2) From drop down menu select "Articles".

3) In the "Articles" page select the "Professional Development" box.

4) Select the magnify glass at top of page, and type in the search bar "interview".

5) Scroll through results to find articles entitled, "Job Interview Tips for _(insert personality type)_".
