If any problems arise with classroom AV and or/technology equipment, the Help Desk will dispatch someone for on-site assistance if the issue cannot be resolved quickly over the phone.
All faculty and staff members have a student email address which provides you access to your Microsoft OneDrive account. If you are unsure of your username or password, the Help Desk can assist you in logging in for the first time. The Help Desk can also reset your password in the event you forget it.
The Help Desk can provide basic troubleshooting for Blackboard issues, including handling log in issues and password resets. All other faculty questions should be handled by Pam Collins by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have requested a laptop cart for use in your class and you experience difficulties, please contact the Help Desk. When reporting technical issues, please include the laptop cart number located on the side of the cart as well as the laptop number on top of the laptop.

The Help Desk can help with connecting your mobile devices to various CCC resources, including WiFi and email access.
