Study Rooms

What are study rooms?

Study rooms are collaborative spaces intended for current students, faculty and staff for group use. Students working on group projects can work collaboratively without disturbing other users in the library.

Each study room includes the following equipment and resources:

  • White board
  • Computer with LCD TV as a monitor (ranging in size from 46"-52")

Some rooms also have:

  • Extron Panel with VGA, 3mm audio, and HDMI connections for connecting your own equipment
  • DVD/VHS Player

Rules & Guidelines

  • Rooms should be used for school related purposes only
  • Absolutely no food or drink is allowed. The student assumes responsibility of food or drink damages.
  • Rooms can be reserved for two hours. If no one has reserved the room after an appointment, the time can be extended.
  • The study rooms are NOT soundproof. Noise should be kept to a minimum. If you are asked to be quiet more than twice by a member of the library staff, you will be asked to leave the study room.
