The Help Desk is available to help students and faculty with a number of technical issues including dealing with problems with software, including Office functionality and issues with course related software; file format conversion; media storage and problems; Blackboard login problems; Blackboard functionality issues; creation and use of student email accounts; email password reset requests; MyCleveland login issues; printing problems; and recovery of damaged, deleted, or overwritten documents.
