Collection Development Policy: The Jim and Patsy Rose Library is a multimedia facility designed to support teaching and learning at Cleveland Community College, as well as the needs of the administration, staff, and community patrons of the college. Collection development criteria are designed to enhance the capacity of the library to meet this goal. Any patron may make suggestions, which will be evaluated using criteria outlined in the Collection Development Manual. Click slide to learn more. Computer Network Use Policy: Computer and internet access at Jim and Patsy Rose Library is provided for academic, personal, cultural, and professional enrichment and in support of the mission of Cleveland Community College. Each patron who wishes to access the Internet in the library must have a valid Cleveland Community College ID/Library Card. Patrons who fail to follow the guidelines listed on this page risk the loss of their computer privileges. Click slide to learn more. Lending Procedures: In order to borrow materials from the the Jim and Patsy Rose Library you must have either a C Card (the CCC student/employee ID) or you must have a Community Patron Card. To obtain either of these cards you will need to have a photo ID and visit the Library Support Desk to have your picture taken. Please note it will cost $5.00 to replace a lost card.
