The Helpdesk, located in the Jim & Patsy Rose Library, can be contacted in person, at 704-669-4133  or email at ccchelpdesk@clevelandcc.edu.   If you are having problems with technology during a class and the Helpdesk number is busy please do not leave a message.  Instead, call the circulation desk at 704-669-4024.

The Helpdesk can solve many of the common technology related problems students and faculty have.  Our knowledgeable staff is available to help with access to school related accounts, as well as helping with Microsoft Office and Windows applications and web applications.

Helpdesk hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 8:00pm and Friday, 7:30am to 2:00pm during spring and fall terms.  Summer and semester break hours will be posted as they occur.
